1. Acceptance

By using Crew you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Crew is an aviation community with a feed, profiles, groups (“hangars”), and events (“briefs”). The service is provided “as is” in a preview / experimental form and may change or be suspended without notice.

  • Access is through Google authentication.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure.
  • You must provide accurate information in your profile and posts.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to register.

4. Content and conduct

You keep ownership of content you post. You grant Crew a non-exclusive license to host and display it in the community.

You must not, among other things:

  • post illegal, defamatory, discriminatory content, or content that infringes others’ rights;
  • spam, phish, distribute malware, or attempt unauthorized access;
  • impersonate others or share third-party personal data without a lawful basis;
  • use the service for unauthorized commercial activity.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Aviation disclaimer

Information shared on Crew (weather, routes, maintenance, tips) is community content and is not official aeronautical advice. Flight decisions remain the responsibility of the pilot / operator under applicable regulations and procedures.

6. Intellectual property

Crew’s marks, layout, and software belong to the operator or their respective owners. You may not copy or commercially exploit the service without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Crew is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or interruptions arising from use of (or inability to use) the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending use

You may stop using Crew at any time (sign out / revoke Google access). We may suspend or close the service or individual accounts for technical, security, or Terms-violation reasons.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections. The competent court is that provided by law for the operator’s seat or, for consumers, as required by applicable rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use after publication means acceptance where permitted by law.
